If you are not completely satisfied with the softness, lightness, and ease of wear of our bamboo clothing, simply return it to us for a full refund. We only ask that you provide a reason for your dissatisfaction so that we can better meet your expectations in the future

This 30 day comfort guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

1. The Comfort Guarantee only applies to your article of clothing purchased at bambooactive.com.au Products eligible include: Men’s and Women’s Tees, Crop Tops and Leggings (excludes Men’s Boxers).
2. Additional items that are tried on, worn or washed are not covered by the Comfort Guarantee.
3. This guarantee only applies to the comfort of the product and does not cover the height, length, width or colour of your new Bamboo Active garments
4. Shipping fees will not be refunded under the Comfort Guarantee.
5. The product must be used in accordance with the Care Instructions which are provided with your product.
6. In order to claim under this guarantee you must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery.. 
7. The guarantee does not affect your right to a replacement or refund relating any faults with other products available at bambooactive.com.au.
