Bamboo Active Returns & Exchanges | 30 Day Returns
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. At Bamboo Active, we strive to provide you with high-quality clothing that meets your needs and expectations. In line with our 30-day comfort guarantee, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange your purchase.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached (This excludes men’s boxers due to hygiene reasons). Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit or refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached (This excludes men’s boxers due to hygiene reasons). Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team. To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the replacement item to you.
Sale Items:
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects:
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
Please note, the cost of returning the item(s) via post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. The shipping costs on any orders under our free-shipping threshold are nonrefundable. For further information on shipping, click here.
