Processing Time:
Our processing time for orders is typically 2-3 business days. However, during peak times or sales, processing may take an additional 2-3 days. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Methods:
We currently offer standard shipping within Australia and worldwide. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary from 2-7 business days. Express delivery is also a provided option.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.
International Shipping:
For international orders, customs and import charges may apply depending on the destination country and the total value of your order. The destination country imposes these charges, and we do not have any control over them, nor can we estimate any applicable fees or charges. It is the recipient's responsibility to cover any customs and import fees incurred, as they are not included in the delivery cost. Please consult your country’s customs service for clarification if you require additional information.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. All orders within Australia are sent with Authority to Leave and therefore, will be left in a safe area if you’re not home to receive your package or redirected to your local post office.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you need to make a return or exchange, please visit our returns page for instructions. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
