All our garment styles are 95% bamboo and 5% spandex. Adding spandex gives the fabric elasticity and stretch and makes wearing it even more comfortable.

By nature, bamboo fibre is a little heavier and denser than other fibres such as cotton, and while this provides many benefits, it does behave slightly differently when worn as active wear. You will find it doesn’t ‘grab’ and support the skin in the same way. But bamboo's characteristics of breathability, non-odour and softness make it a perfect choice for active lifestyles.

There are a few basic best practices to follow when washing your garments. Separate light and dark fabrics as you would for any laundry. Dye can bleed from dark bamboo and stain lighter fabrics.

• Wash the bamboo fabric on a gentle cycle using cold water.
• Dry the fabric on a low or delicate setting in the dryer. or line-dry.

All our clothing is designed in Australia and manufactured in China. We work with ethical manufacturers who provide safe working environments, follow best practice and pay their workers a fair wage.

From dispatch your order should reach you in 2–7 business days for standard post domestically. Express Post is being offered for 1–3 business days. Delivery of international orders will depend on location and varies widely. Please note these are only estimates and there are various factors involved that can delay shipping. A confirmation email and number will be provided so you can track the progress of your garments.

Bamboo Active uses Australia Post for all domestic and international orders.

Once your order is placed, cancellation is not possible. If your order is incorrect, you can always conduct an exchange/return once it has been received. Please contact us via our support page if you need assistance.

This can be a tricky one! If your order hasn’t left yet our team can do what we can to make the changes – please contact us immediately and we will aim to assist. Otherwise, you will need to organise for a redirection with the carrier who has your order.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund. This policy does not apply to Men’s Boxers. Full details on our 30-day comfort guarantee can be found here.
