Moisture Wicking
You seem to sweat? Not a problem, bamboo is naturally moisture wicking! All our bamboo garments have the ability to pull moisture away from the skin using tiny, built-in capillaries. Moisture is drawn to the exterior of the fabric, which makes it easier to evaporate. Bamboo beats cotton in absorbing moisture, it can absorb three times more water than cotton! This means less moisture on you and a far more comfortable fit!
Breathable
Our bamboo fabric is incredibly breathable. It allows perspiration, evaporated by the body, to escape to the outside (termed moisture vapour transmission). Less moisture on you means complete comfort, even on hot, humid days! Bamboo kun is a natural antimicrobial agent found in bamboo fibres, produced by the bamboo plant as a natural defense against pests and disease. Unlike chemical antimicrobial agents, bamboo kun is safe for humans and the environment. This contributes to the fabric's inherent antibacterial and odour-resistant properties. Therefore, clothes made of bamboo fibres can be worn for longer periods without needing to be washed as frequently, which is healthier for the environment and saves water.
Hypoallergenic
Bamboo is one of the most hypoallergenic materials available. Hypoallergenic means a product contains few allergy-producing substances known as allergens, this reduces the risk of an adverse reaction that can be caused by non natural fibres or bleaches.
Non odour forming
Bamboo is a natural fibre and as such is very lightweight and porous. While it may take natural fabrics a bit more time to dry, natural fibers don't hold on to smell like synthetic fibers do. This is because the fabric is breathable and lets moisture get away from the skin.
